Middle school marvel

Client: First time middle school track miler

Goal: Improve upon his time and see him compete to his full potential

Opportunity: Although untrained, this aspiring track star knocked out a 6:30 mile with no training beforehand. The problem is that with the size of his track team he wasn't able to get the attention he needed to hit his marks. We give him focused workouts and by monitoring his progress we were able to up the intensity as needed so he could be prepared to run at his best!

 

The marathoner

Client: Relatively new to running but wants to run his first marathon before a "landmark" birthday

Goal: To run pain free and be ready to attack his first marathon

Opportunity: Even though he had several successful years of running he started off this season injured and really wanted to complete a half marathon pain free. Working in parallel with his chiropractor, we implemented a training cycle to gradually get his volume up, while working on his flexibility and strength to help get him meet his goals
